New Screened Patio in the beautiful active adult community, Bridgewater at Viera

Our Most Recent Project in Viera Florida

Our most recent project features a beautiful Screened Patio Enclosure for a new Brevard County resident. Located in the peaceful city of Melbourne, FL, in the active adult community Bridgewater, for residents 55 and better. With more than 125 acres of sparkling lakes, this gated community offers impressive amenities, such as a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and more. We are delighted to have worked on many projects located in this community and this one quickly became one of our favorites. We worked with Don Long, from Long Concrete who poured our footers, and Surfside Pavers who did a beautiful job on our client's pavers. We are so happy for our client to not only enjoy peaceful mornings and amazing sunsets on their new patio, but also all that Brevard County has to offer!
